Shipping Policy and Legal Shipping States
Due to direct wine shipping laws, Lasseter Family Winery can only ship wine to the following states (highlighted in gold):

• Current individual state laws result in variances in shipping procedures from state to state. We'll do our best to address any shipping questions on our website, however if you have any questions that are not answered here, please feel free to email us at info@lasseterfamilywinery.com
  
  
• All orders take two full business days to process, so orders cannot be shipped the same day they are placed. Shipping wine is complicated by various state-mandated limits and requirements. We run your order through our state compliance matrix to ensure a legal shipment. It takes two business days to process the order, check it, and then send it on for shipping.
  
  
• It is vital that an adult (21 years or older) be physically present at your shipping address to sign for the shipment as required by law. Therefore, since no shipments will be delivered without someone age 21+ present, we strongly urge you to ship to a business address; this will minimize the possibility of missing delivery attempts.
  
  
• We can not ship to a US Postal Service Box.
  
  
• *UPS Ground Services does not have a "delivery day agreement" and is therefore not recommended for customers who must arrange to have someone 21 or older present at the delivery address to accept their wine shipment. Furthermore, if you select UPS Ground Services, their service could take anywhere from 1 to 5 business days for delivery. If a company name is not provided with your shipping address, we will add $2 for UPS Ground Services shipping to residential addresses.
